OUR PROCESS
Our consultancy process builds in four modular stages.
Start with Stage One and build from there, according to your needs and budget.
STAGE ONE:
PREPARATION
In this 90 minute interactive training presentation for managers we will share an overview of wellbeing and the things that every organisation needs to be aware of to build a better understanding of the needs of busy teams - no matter the sector, set up or function of your operation.
In this session you will learn:

Why wellbeing has a direct impact on recruitment and retention and getting it wrong can mean losing your best people
How to recognise and regulate the common signs of dysregulation, overwhelm, trauma and stress - both in yourselves and others (they are not always what you think they are)
Our definition of wellbeing and why prioritising Safety, Belonging and Purpose in the workplace is vital for long term resilience and success, especially in diverse multi- generational, multi-cultural teams.
How your work environment could be activating the human Neurobiology of Threat and the implications this has for workplace cohesion and productivity
Easy tools to help bring back a sense of calm and wellbeing in stressful environments and suggestions for workplace practices to keep it that way
At the end of this session you will have a clearer idea of the current state of wellbeing in your organisation and the danger points that could impact wellbeing in the future.
STAGE TWO:
CO-CREATION
Over a series of three 3 hour workshops we will work with you to co-create a robust and context specific wellbeing programme for your organisation.
WORKSHOP ONE:
We will unpack the current state of wellbeing in your organisation and coach you to identify pinch points and processes that may be causing problems.
WORKSHOP TWO:
We will work with you to co-create solutions and start to map out a plan for building a unique Culture of Wellbeing for your organisation. We will then prepare a report advising next steps.
WORKSHOP THREE:
We will work through the report with you to create clear action steps for implementation and a timeline for success.
At the end of this process you will have an intimate understanding of the wellbeing needs of your organisation and a plan to get you to the next level.
STAGE THREE:
IMPLEMENTATION
Now you're clear on next steps, let us help you take action to turn the report into reality. Depending on your needs we have a variety of ways we can support you to build a sustainable Culture of Wellbeing:
A review and redesign of your Policies, Procedures and Practices to fully embed wellbeing into your organisational culture
Co-creation of an ongoing staff training programme that complements modules that you already have in place
Training and support for your internal training team to deliver your new wellbeing modules to your staff
At this stage you may also wish us to deliver our tried and tested Wellbeing Training Programme for your staff or to send interested team members on our training for Wellbeing Champions.
STAGE FOUR:
ONGOING SUPPORT
It takes time to build a robust and sustainable Culture of Wellbeing
For a small monthly retainer we will support your organisation for up to a year after the consultancy period ends, by providing 90 minutes (or more) of our time every month to answer questions, supervise your wellbeing team and offer reflective practice to staff members.
At the end of 12 months we will review your progress and discuss next steps. We hope at that stage you are ready to become independent of us, but if not we'll be with you
every step of the way until you're ready to stand on your own.
